We are providing detailing, fabrication and erection of the structural steel and miscellaneous metals for the new Old Mill West High School. The 314,000-square-foot school will have multiple roof elevations, including the three-story classroom wing connected to various one- and two-story administrative and supplemental program spaces.
Our scope of work included:
- Structural steel, joists and decking for the building’s frame, including long-span joists
- Structural steel and miscellaneous metals for the catwalk structure and spiral staircase
- Structural steel for the dugouts and concession stand
- Exposed steel columns and metal decking for the two-story entrances
- Miscellaneous metals for nine stairways, railings and 10 aluminum roof ladders
- Outriggers and channels for the spandrel framing at the building’s corners
